Hobart 2020 Olympic Pins Now Available!

Great news supporters! The pins that were so fantastically donated to us have arrived and ready to be purchased! To everyone who has contacted us over the last month or so to put pins aside you will be contacted at some stage during the week to organise payment. If you have not contacted us to place some aside please do not worry, as we still do have limited numbers of gold and silver pins remaining.

Facebook Page Issues & Pins

To followers of our Facebook page you would've noticed that for some reason our publishing rights have been blocked, which prevents us from updating fans via this service as well as posting images and videos. We are looking into this issue and hope to have it solved soon. We did however just reach 10,000 fans and we are currently the 4th most popular 2020 Olympci Bid site on Facebook!

Due to limited media coverage and lack of entries, the Hobart 2020 design competition has been postponed. We are obviously extremely dissapointed at the lack of interest in this competition but it will be back at some stage in the future. In the meantime, if you would like to win yourself a pair of Hobart 2020 pins then go to our Facebook page and invite all your friends for your chance to win! You must send in a screenshot of how many people you invited after you have clicked send!

We are excited to announce that coming very soon we are going to be releasing some very special Hobart 2020 Olympic Bid pins! These are a must for not only fans of the bid but also for collectors of Olympic pins or pins in general! Government Support

In a massive coup for the bid, it was officially backed today by Tasmanian shadow minister for Sport & Recreation Jacquie Petrusma, who announced her full support for it in her maiden speech to Parliament House in Hobart. Fantastic news indeed!
